If you are staying in the areas of Avanos, Göreme, Mustafapaşa, Nevşehir, Uçhisar, Ürgüp, Ortahisar, Çavuşin, or Kaymaklı, you will be picked up from your hotel and dropped off after the flight. This service is included in the price.
When Will We Be Picked Up From The Hotel For The Flight.?
Depending on your hotel's location, you will be picked up by the service 30-45 minutes before the flight and taken to the breakfast area. After breakfast, the services will take you to the balloon take-off area.
Where Do The Balloons Take Off From.?
The balloons take off from an area of 3-4 km around Göreme. They move depending on the wind, staying within the Cappadocia region.
How Can We Make Payment For The Flight.?
You can pay 50% of the flight cost in advance and the remaining amount before the balloon flight in the morning. The companies we work with will provide you with convenience when making the payment. Note: A fee of 500 TL will be charged for credit card payments.
Can Children Join The Balloon Tour.?
Children aged 0-5 are prohibited from joining the balloon tour, and they must be at least 6 years old to participate.
Can Pregnant Women Join The Balloon Tour.?
It is not recommended for pregnant women to participate in the balloon tour.
How Many People Can Fit In The Baskets.?
The number of people flying in the basket varies depending on guest density. There are baskets for 20-24-28-32 people, and they are determined based on the density of that day. Each basket has its own comfort; it should not be thought that space becomes cramped as the number of people increases.
How Long Is The Balloon Tour Duration.?
The entire balloon tour experience lasts between 3-4 hours. The flight duration for standard flights is between 50 to 65 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes to watch the balloon being prepared, 30 minutes for the celebration after the balloon lands, and around 30 minutes to drop off our guests at their accommodation.

Balloon flights are dependent on the wind direction. In the Cappadocia region, you will fly between valleys based on the wind direction. The flights change from day to day, allowing you to experience different locations each time.
How High Do The Balloons Fly.?
Since every detail can be seen more closely, pilots generally prefer to fly at lower altitudes. They typically start from tree height levels and ascend up to a few thousand feet. Balloons usually fly between 6000 to 8000 feet.
