Renovation, maintenance, and renewal activities are entirely at the discretion of the relevant hotel and can occur without prior notice. Hotels will be responsible for minimizing any discomfort that may arise in such situations. KAPADOKYATATİL.COM cannot be held responsible for any malfunction, accident, loss, and incurred damages, expenses resulting from transportation vehicles, sightseeing places, and accommodation facilities, regardless of their source and reason.

In the event of any inaccuracies or erroneous pricing (including pricing errors resulting from suppliers and/or intermediary institutions), KAPADOKYATATİL.COM reserves the right to correct the price and total amount payable.

12. Privacy

16. Contracting Party, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution Location

The TÜRSAB Arbitration Board is authorized in disputes arising from the agreement, and the procedures of the mentioned board are valid. In case of a dispute, KAPADOKYATATİL.COM records shall be the basis. KAPADOKYATATİL.COM may compensate a customer for the damages incurred by manifest changes against the consumer, either in monetary value or service return, according to the provisions of the TÜRSAB Kütahya Schedule, during or after the trip, which may also eliminate the consumer's refund and compensation rights for additional services not included in the price and provided to the consumer during the trip.

17. Copyright
