Payment, Extra Charges, and Refund Policy
Some extra charges may be collected as a deposit (either into an account or via card) one day before or on the tour day, depending on the cost calculation.
The fee for services not received will be refunded at the end of the tour.
Information and Communication Process
A WhatsApp notification group will be created one day before the tour date, and all current information will be shared through this group.
Refreshment and Service Information
Hot refreshments are not served for safety reasons.
Guests who consume tea and coffee are advised to bring thermoses.
Hot water can be provided by the staff at the facilities.
Accommodation and Single Participation Rules
Guests who wish to join alone or stay in a single room will incur a price difference.
No extra accommodation fee will be charged if there is a suitable match of the same gender.
Early Booking and Promotions
Discounts and promotional campaigns are valid for guests who register at least 2 months before the tour date.
Tour Duration and Package Scope
The tour lasts for 5 nights and 6 days, including the move and return days, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation.
The package price includes:

Child discounts apply for one child accompanying two adults.
Children aged 3–6 may not be provided with a bed during hotel accommodation.
Tour Scope and Refund Rules
The tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions, and cannot be evaluated separately.
Refunds are not provided for unused services.
Accommodation hotels may change, provided they are of the same standard, depending on availability.
Program Changes and Force Majeure
Rest stops, traffic, crowding, or renovation may result in changes.
The guide may alter the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, or crowding at visiting points.
KapadokyaTatil company is not responsible for points that could not be visited due to force majeure or delays caused by guests.
Extra Tours and On-the-Road Programs
Extra tours may be carried out depending on the number of participants and conditions.
Guests not participating are considered to have accepted to wait at rest areas.
Seat Selection and Vehicle Arrangement
Seat selection is not guaranteed.
Special seat selection can be made for a fee per person.
Seat rotation may be applied on long tours.
Seats 3 and 4 in the vehicle are reserved for the guide and assistant.
Flight Tours and Pricing
In flight tours, airline contracts are applicable.
Cancellation insurances do not cover flights.
Prices are determined based on economy class and may increase gradually.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour date may incur certain deductions.
The refund process will be initiated if a force majeure is documented and will be completed within 7–14 business days.
Tour Cancellation Right
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour can be canceled up to 3 days before the departure date.
Travel Documents and Legal Obligations
A consent form is required for guests under 18 years old.
Guests with health issues must carry the necessary medical documents with them.
The mandatory travel insurance under Law No. 1618 only covers agency bankruptcy, not health insurance.
Seat and Extra Service Fees
Extra service fees may be added to the package price and can be installment paid.
Seat selection is made based on availability.
General Tour Rules
- Seat belt usage is mandatory.
- The responsibility for personal belongings lies with the passenger.
- Night tours incur extra charges.
- Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the price.

Batum Cross-Border Information
Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can enter Georgia with a new chip ID or passport.
Entry cannot be made with a driver's license.
It is mandatory for children under 18 to have a photo on their identity cards.
Entry is not allowed with old, worn, or invalid documents.
A 1,250 TL exit fee is applicable to the passenger.

Day 1: Night Journey

We start our night journey from the specified boarding points.
Day 2: Arhavi – Borçka Karagöl – Batumi City Tour
In the morning, we arrive in Arhavi and have our breakfast. Then we head to Borçka and reach the natural wonder Karagöl with transfer vehicles (extra). You can take a walk during your free time and photograph the unique scenery.
Afterwards, we take a lunch break in Hopa (extra). Following this, we cross into Batumi through the Sarp Border Gate. After completing currency transactions, we check in to our hotel.
After a short rest, during our Batumi city tour, we will visit:

- Poseidon Statue
- Europe Square (Medea Statue)
- Piazza Square
- Batumi Port
- Ali & Nino Statue
Depending on the weather conditions, a boat tour (extra) will be organized. After dinner, we return to our hotel.

Day 3: Ayder Plateau – Çamlıhemşin – Zilkale – Fırtına Valley – Çeçeva
After breakfast, we depart from Batumi and cross into Turkey. Our first stop is the Ayder Plateau and Gelintülü Waterfall.
Then, we will board transfer vehicles in Çamlıhemşin and visit:
- Şenyuva Village
- Zilkale
These visits will be conducted (extra).
After lunch in Fırtına Valley (extra), guests who wish can participate in:
- Rafting
- Zipline
activities (extra).
The last stop of the day is Çeçeva Tea Garden (extra) and Rize Cloth Workshop visit. Then we return to our hotel.

Day 4: Uzungöl – Karaster Plateau – Sürmene – Tea Factory
After breakfast, we head to Uzungöl. We drive to Karaster Plateau (extra) with transfer vehicles. Here we provide free time along with a breathtaking view.
After returning to Uzungöl, we continue to Sürmene:

- Sürmene knife shopping
Then we return to our hotel.

After these visits, we go to Ordu to take the cable car to Boztepe, where we have free time to enjoy the view. Then we start our return journey.
